Hey! So I know over Thanksgiving that a few people said they wanted to lose weight and get in shape! So, I decided that since I have to do a bunch of this kind of stuff for my major that I would go ahead and make this blog. Feel free to comment on anything or give suggestions! Long day at work. I thought about getting up at 5:15 in the am to get a work out in, but stayed in bed. Ended up at work until 830 pm. No work out:( My eating was better today. But, it is time to choose to make exercise a priority.
